On 4-5 September 2017, ISEDC will take part at the 12th and final conference "Creating Our Future" of the Future Energy Forum that will take place during the final week of Astana EXPO-2017.

The public representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international politicians and scientists, Nobel laureates, and leading experts in science, energy and industry will participate in the 12th and final conference "Creating our Future" of the Future Energy Forum.  
Besides expert plenary sessions, keynotes, and workshops made up of top-class experts, in addition five working sessions on various chapters of the Manifesto of Values and Principles will take place throughout the two conference days. They are clustered around the main focal points of the past eleven series of conferences within the framework of Future Energy Forum, namely New Business Models & Financing; Technology; Education, Participation & Collaboration; Urban Future & Mobility and Transparency & Participation; Politics, Economy & Power.
During the final week of EXPO-2017, in particular in the framework of the official UNESCO representatation at EXPO, ISEDC will present its next biennial Activity Report on the results and activities for 2016-2017.
In the framework of cooperation with UNESCO every two years ISEDC presents its Activity Reports on the main results and activities over a two-year period. Earlier, in 2011, 2013 and 2015 ISEDC Activity Reports were presented at the meetings of Executive Board and General Conference of UNESCO in Paris.
For information: Concluding the Future Energy Forum, validating its principles and underlying foundations, is the preview of the Astana EXPO-2017 Manifesto of Values and Principles. Together they formalize the outlook and legacy of the Astana EXPO-2017 Future Energy Forum. It will become not only the legacy of the whole event, but also the basis for an international energy transition.
