duma1The State Duma Committee of energy, held a Round table on a theme "About normative ensuring the implementation of the provisions of 261-FL "About energy saving and improving energy efficiency and about  introduction of amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation".

Significant theme for the first wide-ranging discussion in the Duma VI convocation to the Committee on energy was the theme "Of normative acts ensuring the implementation of the provisions of the federal law №261 "About energy saving and energy efficiency and introduction of amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation".

The round table was conducted by Chairman of the State Duma Committee of energy Ivan Grachev. The first deputy chairman of the state Duma Committee of energy Yuri Lipatov informed the participants of the round table about the work have been done in this direction by the Committee in the state Duma of the fifth convocation. In the discussion of topics took an active participation the representatives of FAS, a Member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Anatoly Libet, director General of CJSC "APBE" Igor Kozhukhovsky, Deputy head of the Working group of the Public chamber of the Russian federation on the questions of energy supply, energy efficiency and energy saving Mikhail Bayzakov, a Member of the Subcommittee of Industrialists and entrepreneurs for energy efficiency Sergey Koval, as well as the Executive director of International centre of sustainable energy development under the auspices of UNESCO (ISEDC) Yuri Posysaev, etc.
It should be noted that under the Chairman of the Committee of energy Ivan Grachev has been established the Working group on formation of legislative initiatives and the development of entrepreneurship, the expert council was headed by Deputy head of the Working group of the Public chamber of the Russian Federation on the questions of energy supply, energy efficiency and energy saving Mikhail Bayzakov. ISEDC is planning to enter in members of the Working group as an expert organization.
