12The International Sustainable Energy Development Centre under the auspices of UNESCO (ISEDC) has published the 12th number of the Energy Bulletin "Renewable Energthe context of global development: the role of social competency."

In the article, a central program specialist in charge of projects on renewable energy of UNESCO Osman Benshik highlights the main topics of the issue: ensuring the reliability of the global energy system to meet the requirements of the environment; action by the international community to promote the use of clean and renewable energy sources (RES) in order to achieve sustainable development and tackling climate change.

Mr. Benshik affirms the need of increasing the competence of the company by means of close cooperation in the scientific community and decision makers in the energy field, on the need of an educational program for anyone who is related in using and development of renewable energy. These measures will ensure the development of knowledge required for the use of available local energy resources and more effective management.
Authors of this issue, "Energy Bulletin" called each member of our society for the common good, to strive for energy conservation and energy efficiency. Therefore, as many are non-renewable resources and excessive waste leads to an irreversible depletion.
From the first pages of numbers are statistics of pollution produced by mankind, is an appeal to each and every one of our readers, calling for "a moderate consumer enthusiasm."
Recall that in 2008 ISEDC have published an informational and analytical publication "Energy Bulletin", which is a unique set of analytical works of leading international experts on various aspects of the most topical issues of energy. In the 12th issue of Energy Bulletin readers can find the articles of experts of energy and renewable energy from Russia, Europe, the United States.
In new edition of a team of scientists from Germany, Austria and Great Britain of this issue presented an article entitled "Full power shift for  using only renewable sources of energy. The development strategy for Europe and North Africa until 2050."
Also in this issue describes the experience and problems of constructing the regional energy efficiency programs, the impact of of reservoirs on emissions of greenhouse gases, the tools for sustainable waste management, intelligent networks of hybrid energy systems with the use of renewable energy sources, etc.
Recall that 2012 was declared by the United Nations the Year of Sustainable Energy for All. " That is why the intense interest of the Government of the Russian Federation aimed at energy and the country's transition to the "energy-efficient rails," which makes the new 12-th issue of "Energy Bulletin" even more interesting, relevant and more important.
