Today the 6th meeting of the Thematic Group on energy strategies, forecasts and scenarios took place within the scope of the EU-Russia Energy dialogue.

There ISEDC presented general approaches to the construction of the “Road Map” for cooperation between Russia and EU in the field of energy up to 2050.

The representatives of the European Commission, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the International Sustainable Energy Development Centre (ISEDC) under the auspices of UNESCO, the Institute of Energy Strategy, the Institute for Energy and Finance, the Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other representatives of political and expert circles took part in this meeting.
Marina Lastovskaya, director of the scientific and analytical research department of ISEDC made a speech on the approaches to the development of the “Road Map” for energy cooperation with European Union for the period up to 2050 within the scope of the EU-Russia Energy dialogue. Following the meeting the Work plan of the Thematic Group on strategies, forecasts and scenarios for 2011 will be approved.
