EDUCATION:
In 2008 Mr. Posysaev graduated from South Ural State University (Chelyabinsk, Russia) on specialty “International Integration and International Organizations”.

In 2015 he obtained his PhD degree in economics from Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for the Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• since 2011 –  Executive Director,  International Sustainable Energy Development Centre under the auspices of UNESCO
• 2010 – Assistant to the Vice-Chairman of the Board on the issues of cooperation with international organizations, OJSC "RusHydro"
• 2008–2010 – Senior Expert, Division of Cooperation with European Countries, Foreign Economic Relations Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
